春近巴蜀，萬象始新。1月22日，我省在成都舉行2025外國領(lǐng)團(tuán)新春交流聯(lián)誼會(huì)。省委副書記、省長施小琳等與奧地利、法國、日本、意大利等20個(gè)國家駐蓉駐渝總領(lǐng)事館總領(lǐng)事及領(lǐng)事官員代表歡聚一堂，共迎佳節(jié)、共敘友誼。
受省委書記王曉暉委托，施小琳代表四川省委、省政府，對出席聯(lián)誼會(huì)的各位嘉賓表示歡迎，對長期以來關(guān)心、支持和參與四川現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的國際友人們表示感謝，并向大家致以新春的美好祝福。

As spring approaches Bashu, all things are to be renewed with a fresh start. The province hosted the 2025 Spring Festival Exchange and Friendship Gathering for the Foreign Consular Corps on January 22 in Chengdu.Shi Xiaolin,Deputy Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governorof thePeople's Government of Sichuan Province, along with other officials, joined consuls general and consular officer representatives from 20 countries' consulates general in Chengdu and Chongqing, including those from Austria, France, Japan and Italy. They gathered to celebrate the festive season and foster friendship.
Entrusted bySecretaryof the CPCSichuanProvincial CommitteeWangXiaohuiandonbehalfoftheProvincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Shi Xiaolin welcomed the guests at the gathering, expressed appreciation to the international friends for their longstanding care,support and participation in Sichuan's modernization efforts,and extended Spring Festival greetings.
ShiXiaolinreferencedthe remarksbyPresident Xi Jinping that the steady streams of people-to-people friendship form a powerful force driving forward world peace and development and promoting the building of a community with a shared future formankind.Sichuan,the "land of abundance", has historically maintained an open and inclusive attitude, welcoming visitors from all parts of the world and connecting with people far and wide.As China expands the higher-standard opening-up policies to a greater extent globally, Sichuan is dedicated to establishing itself as anew highland inreformand opening-upand working tocreate anall-dimensional, multi-tiered new pattern in its opening-up initiatives, seeing a continuous expansion of its open channels,an increase of openplatforms,and a consistent elevation of opening-up levels. Emerging as an important destination for international tourism, economic and trade exchanges, and investment, Sichuan is speeding up its transition from an inland area to a forefront of openness.
Shi Xiaolin stated that currently, major national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative,the developmentof the westernregioninthe newera,and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle intersect andoverlap inSichuan.Foreignconsular institutions in Chengdu and Chongqing are vital conduits and invaluable assetsfor Sichuan tobroaden its openness and cooperation efforts. We will continue to pursue higherstandard opening up and, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and leaders of consular-sending countries，work together to yield additional tangible outcomes in exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and countries around the world. It is hoped that our longstanding and newfound friends will persist in their role as bridges and connectors, promoting more robust local-level exchanges, as well as cultural and people-to-people interactions,betweenSichuan and various regions within their home countries,further enriching the forms and depth of our collaborative efforts.We warmly invite internationalfriends toexperienceSichuan'swonders. 成達(dá)萬高鐵新建站房開工全線設(shè)車站13個(gè)，其中新建7座Construction Begins on New Station Buildings forChengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway
2月9日February9
2月9日，新建成都至達(dá)州至萬州高速鐵路（以下簡稱成達(dá)萬高鐵）新建站房正式開工建設(shè)，標(biāo)志著全線工程施工過半，進(jìn)入施工攻堅(jiān)階段。
距達(dá)州市渠縣縣城10分鐘車程處，渠縣北站站址處機(jī)械轟鳴，3臺(tái)挖掘機(jī)開挖地基，運(yùn)渣車進(jìn)進(jìn)出出。新建站房都融入了地方文化元素，如渠縣北站以漢闕文化為主，開江南站的外形像一個(gè)"開"字。當(dāng)天，樂至站首樁順利開鉆。這是樂至縣首座高鐵站房，為成達(dá)萬高鐵與成渝中線高鐵交會(huì)共用站。
成達(dá)萬高鐵全線設(shè)車站13個(gè)，其中新建7座，分別為樂至站、蓬溪南站、營山西站、渠縣北站、達(dá)州南站、開江南站、岳溪站；利用成宜高鐵車站3座，分別為天府站、天府機(jī)場站、資陽西站；引入既有站3座，分別為遂寧站、南充北站、萬州北站，遂寧站、南充北站進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建。
成達(dá)萬高鐵線路工程自2022年9月30日啟動(dòng)建設(shè)，目前全線133座隧道已貫通117座，橋梁和路基工程已完成66.5% 和 80% 。全線1033個(gè)工點(diǎn)共2.2萬人奮戰(zhàn)在建設(shè)一線，按下工程建設(shè)"加速鍵"。
成達(dá)萬高鐵是我國"八縱八橫"高鐵網(wǎng)中沿江通道的重要組成部分，西起四川省成都市天府站，接入既有鄭渝高鐵萬州北站；正線全長477公里，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速350公里，建成后將形成從成都直達(dá)中原和京津冀地區(qū)的高鐵客運(yùn)大通道，極大便利沿線群眾出行，對助力成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)、長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶高質(zhì)量發(fā)展等國家戰(zhàn)略具有積極意義。
On February 9, construction began on the new station buildings for the Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Chengdu-DazhouWanzhou HSR), signaling the project has reached its midpoint and entered a critical phase.
At a 10-minute drive from the county seat of Quxian County in Dazhou City,the future site of Quxianbei Railway Station is a hive of activity. Three excavators are digging the foundation while dump trucks come and go.All of the newly constructed station buildings incorporate local cultural elements. Quxianbei Railway Station, for example, draws inspiration from watchtowers of the Han dynasty ("hanque" in Chinese), whereas the facade of Kaijiangnan Railway Station mimics the Chinese character "kai". On that day, the first pile at Lezhi Station was successfully drilled. Set to be the first high-speed rail station in Lezhi County, the building will serve as a shared intersection hub for the Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou HSR and the ChengduChongqing Central Line.
The Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou HSR line has a total of 13 stations. Seven are newly constructed: Lezhi Station, Pengxinan Station, Yingshanxi Station, Quxianbei Station, Dazhounan Station, Kaijiangnan Station, and Yuexi Station. It also utilizes three stations from the Chengdu-Yibin HighSpeed Railway: Tianfu Station, Tianfu Airport Station, and Ziyangxi Station.Additionally, the line connects to three existing stations: Suining Station,Nanchongbei Station, and Wanzhoubei Station,with Suining and Nanchongbei stationsundergoingrenovations and expansions.
Theconstructionof theChengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou HSR began on September 30,2022. To date,117 out of 133 tunnels along the route have realized breakthroughs,and the bridge and subgrade works have reached 66.5 percent and 80 percent completion,respectively.At 1,033 construction sites acrossthe entireline,22,000 workers are diligently pushing forward with the project,hitting the "accelerate" button on construction progress.
The Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou HSRis animportant part of the riverside passage within the"Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" national high-speed railway network. It starts from Tianfu Station in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and connects the existing Wanzhoubei Station on the
Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-Speed Railway. The main line stretches 477kilometers,andthemaximumspeedis designed to be 350 kilometers per hour. Upon completion, this high-speed railway will establish a major passenger corridor directly linking Chengdu with the Central Plains and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, significantly ease travel for residents along the route, and positively contribute to national strategiessuch as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the highquality development oftheYangtze River EconomicBelt.
成都將開通直達(dá)馬德里航線 Direct Flights from Chengdu to Madrid Coming Soon 2月26日February26
2025年4月27日起，川航將開通成都定期直飛西班牙首都馬德里航線。該航線每周執(zhí)行往返各四班，分別于每周一、周三、周五、周日執(zhí)飛。去程航班號(hào)3U3803，計(jì)劃于01:40從成都天府國際機(jī)場起飛，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間08:50抵達(dá)馬德里巴拉哈斯機(jī)場，空中飛行時(shí)間13小時(shí)10分鐘；返程航班號(hào)3U3804，計(jì)劃于當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間11:05從馬德里巴拉哈斯機(jī)場起飛，北京時(shí)間05：00回到成都天府國際機(jī)場，空中飛行時(shí)間11小時(shí)55分鐘。
成都直飛馬德里的國際航線，是今年成都重點(diǎn)推動(dòng)開通的國際航線之一。該航線開通后將進(jìn)一步提升成都國際航空樞紐的通達(dá)水平和輻射能力。
SichuanAirlineswilllaunchscheduleddirectflights between Chengdu and Madrid, the capital of Spain, on April 27，2025. The new route will operate four round-trip services per week—departing on Monday, Wednesday, Friday,and Sunday.For the outbound flight (flight no. 3U3803), it is scheduled to depart from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport at 01:40 and arrive at Barajas Airport at 08:50 local time, with a flight duration of 13 hours and 10 minutes. The return flight (flight no. 3U3804) is scheduled to depart from Barajas Airport at 11:05local time and arrive at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport at 05:00 Beijing time, with a flight duration of 11 hours and 55 minutes.
The flight route, as one of the key international flight routes promoted by Chengdu this year, is expected to further enhance the connectivity and regional influence of Chengdu as an international aviation hub.
助力川企產(chǎn)供鏈國際合作香港投資推廣署來川推介InvestHK Visits Sichuan to Promote International Industrialand Supply Chain Cooperation for Local Enterprises3月11日March11
3月11日，以"川行天下鏈通全球"為主題的香港優(yōu)勢助力川企產(chǎn)供鏈國際合作研討會(huì)在成都舉行，省內(nèi)約150家企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)代表參會(huì)。
研討會(huì)上，香港特別行政區(qū)政府投資推廣署負(fù)責(zé)人從產(chǎn)業(yè)投資、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、政務(wù)服務(wù)等方面介紹了香港的營商新機(jī)遇。同時(shí)，多位專家還分別圍繞香港和內(nèi)地企業(yè)跨國供應(yīng)鏈的管理和貿(mào)易融資、內(nèi)地企業(yè)如何利用香港稅制優(yōu)勢促進(jìn)國際化發(fā)展、香港最新人才入境計(jì)劃及優(yōu)化措施等話題作了分享，并與參會(huì)川企代表展開深度對話。不少川企代表表示，通過研討會(huì)的分享和交流，進(jìn)一步了解了香港在產(chǎn)供鏈國際合作方面助力企業(yè)出海的優(yōu)勢，對企業(yè)出海發(fā)展路徑更加清晰。
香港長期穩(wěn)居四川第一大投資目的地和外資來源地。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，自2018年川港合作會(huì)議機(jī)制建立以來，近200家走出去的川企借港揚(yáng)帆快速實(shí)現(xiàn)全球化布局，四川對港累計(jì)貨物進(jìn)出口額超2400億元，累計(jì)對港直接投資額占全省對外投資總量超 70% ，四川到位港資占全省外資總量超 60%
商務(wù)廳相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，共同推動(dòng)先進(jìn)制造業(yè)與現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)融合新發(fā)展、共同打造優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)與投資貿(mào)易融合新通道、共同建立市場機(jī)遇和營商優(yōu)勢融合新體系等將是未來川
港在產(chǎn)業(yè)合作上的重要方向。
本次活動(dòng)由四川省商務(wù)廳、香港特別行政區(qū)政府投資推廣署和中央人民政府駐香港特別行政區(qū)聯(lián)絡(luò)辦公室經(jīng)濟(jì)部貿(mào)易處聯(lián)合主辦。
On March 1l, a symposium themed "Sichuan Outreach \mathbf{\nabla}*\mathbf{\varepsilon} Connecting the Globe" was held in Chengdu, focusing on Hong Kong's advantages in supporting Sichuan enterprises for international industrial and supply chain cooperation. Approximately 150representatives from enterprises and institutions within the province attended the event.
At the symposium, the person in charge of Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government introduced new business opportunities in Hong Kong, covering areas such as industrial investment, regional advantages,and government services. Meanwhile， several experts shared insights on various topics, including the management of transnational supply chains and trade financing for Hong Kong and mainland enterprises,how mainland enterprises can leverage Hong Kong's tax system advantages to promote international development,and thelatest talent admission scheme and optimization measures in Hong Kong. They also engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from Sichuan enterprises attending the event. Many representatives of Sichuan enterprises expressed that through the symposium's sharing and exchange sessions,they gained a deeper understanding of Hong Kong's advantages in supporting enterprises' internationalindustrialandsupplychaincooperation, makingtheirpathtoward overseasdevelopmentclearer.
Hong Kong has consistently been the largest investment destinationandsource offoreigncapital for SichuanProvince.SincetheestablishmentoftheSichuanHong Kong Cooperation Conference mechanism in 2018, nearly 200 Sichuan enterprises have rapidly expanded their global footprint by utilizing Hong Kong as a strategic gateway. Sichuan's cumulative imports and exports to Hong Kong have surpassed 240 billion yuan, and the province's direct investment inHongKong has accounted for over 70 percent of its total overseas investment.
Furthermore,Hong Kong's investment in Sichuan has comprised over 60 percent of the province's total foreign investment.
AccordingtoarelevantofficialfromtheDepartmentof Commerce, the key directions for future Sichuan-Hong Kong industrial cooperation will include jointly advancing the integrated development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, creating new pathways for the convergence of advantageous industries and investment and trade,and establishing a new system that combines market opportunities with business strengths.
The event was jointly organized by the Department of Commerce of Sichuan Province, the InvestHK of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and the TradeDivisionof theEconomicDepartmentof theLiaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R.

3月12日至13日，知名游戲行業(yè)服務(wù)商艾克索拉和百鯨出海分別在成都舉行出海主題活動(dòng)；3月20日，國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)出海合作平臺(tái)快出海，將攜手多家機(jī)構(gòu)在成都舉辦出海沙龍；3月27日，白鯨出海、騰訊云等多家機(jī)構(gòu)，將聯(lián)合舉行游戲和短劇出海大會(huì)··
近期，四川游戲界頻傳出海好消息。2月，國產(chǎn)游戲在海外知名游戲平臺(tái)Steam（蒸汽）銷量榜中，四川l游戲創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中心、四川數(shù)字出版?zhèn)髅接邢薰镜暮献黜?xiàng)目“晨昏線”名列前茅。成都“小游戲”巨頭星邦互娛，近日向香港聯(lián)交所遞交上市申請擬掛牌上市。
扎根四川的游戲從業(yè)者踏浪啟程，帶著四川底蘊(yùn)深厚的文化基因，正搶灘出海，尋找潛在的增長空間，開辟數(shù)字文化產(chǎn)業(yè)新航道。
出海游戲規(guī)模仍保持較高增速
數(shù)據(jù)顯示，我國出海游戲規(guī)模一直保持較高增速。由中國音數(shù)協(xié)游戲工委發(fā)布的《2024年中國游戲出海研究報(bào)告》顯示，中國自主研發(fā)游戲去年在海外市場實(shí)際銷售收入達(dá)185.57億美元，同比增長 13.39perthousand 作為全省數(shù)字創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)主要承載地，四川自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)成都片區(qū)去年新增游戲企業(yè)數(shù)量同比增長 56% ，增速居全國第二位；研發(fā)投入占比，居全國第一位；一批中國游戲出海30強(qiáng)企業(yè)相繼落地。
2月底，英國商業(yè)貿(mào)易部創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)貿(mào)易與投資官員陳力駒來蓉推介，遞上多項(xiàng)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)政策支持的橄欖枝。陳力駒說：“中國的游戲在英國十分受歡迎，這是我們來游戲重鎮(zhèn)成都推介英國游戲市場的重要原因。”

俄亥俄州立大學(xué)侯恪惟教授發(fā)表主題演講。他在報(bào)告中深入探討了全球公司債券回報(bào)率的決定因素，分析如何有效預(yù)測債券回報(bào)，系統(tǒng)比較不同的資產(chǎn)定價(jià)模型。研究結(jié)果表明，股權(quán)相關(guān)指標(biāo)（如債務(wù)-股權(quán)利差、過去股票回報(bào)等）在預(yù)測債券回報(bào)方面表現(xiàn)最優(yōu)，進(jìn)一步印證了股權(quán)市場與債券市場之間的緊密聯(lián)動(dòng)。

On March 17, the SWUFE's 2025 Foreign Affairs Work Conference was held in Conference Room 109 of Hongyuan Building. Li Zhisheng, a member of the Standing Committee of theParty Committeeand VicePresident, heads offoreignaffairsfromrelevantfunctional departments and schools (research institutes), and foreign affairs officers attended the meeting.
In his speech, Li Zhisheng pointed out that the 14th Party Congress of SWUFE put forward the strategic vision of "building strong international influence."He emphasized that relevant functional departments, including the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, and each school(researchinstitute）should align with the University's overall arrangements for opening up education, focus on core tasks, adhere to goal-oriented approaches, and target the key milestone of 2025. This will ensure synchronized progress inforeign affairs with the"New Finance and Economics"initiative,the"Double First-Class" development, and the Centennial Celebration.
He stressed the need to address shortcomings, enhance the quality of openness, improve management precision, and strengthen the integration of internal and external international resources. Efforts should also focus on optimizing resource efficiency, improving the planning and quality of international exchange programs,buildinga globally competitive faculty，andelevating SwUFE's educational openness.
Additionally， he called for strengthening SWUFE's brand by aligning with national strategies, integrating major national needs with global academic discourse, and defining the strategic value in the contemporary context. Lastly, he emphasized adhering to bottom-line principles, reinforcing ideological and political security, and ensuring the safety and stability of foreign-related affairs.
WangDieting,Directorof theOfficeofInternational Exchange and Cooperation, summarized the foreign affairs work in 2024 and outlined key tasks for 2025.Heads of foreign affairs from various schools (research institutes) exchanged views on their internationalization plans, unique features, and challenges based on their respective situations.
After the meeting, Professor Yang Jin, former Ambassador-level Representative of China to UNESCO, delivered a lecture titled "International Organizations in Global Governance and the International Competence of Contemporary Youth"in Conference Room 101 of Hongyuan Building.Drawing on his profound academic expertise and extensive experience ininternational affairs, he analyzed the pivotal role of international organizations inglobalgovernance and thecompetencyrequirementsfor internationaltalent.His insightsprovidedvaluable guidance for SWUFE in enhancing students' global capabilities.

3月18日，學(xué)校2025年學(xué)生出國（境）交流雙選會(huì)在濟(jì)民廣場成功舉辦。
今年雙選會(huì)以展會(huì)和宣講會(huì)形式并軌進(jìn)行，現(xiàn)場設(shè)立47個(gè)展位，展出200余個(gè)交流項(xiàng)目，舉辦17場宣講會(huì)。除了20個(gè)校內(nèi)單位參展，還邀請了來自12個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的27所合作院校，包括10所QS排名前200高校，11所擁有EQUIS、AACSB、AMBA三大認(rèn)證高校。
活動(dòng)開始后，濟(jì)民廣場人流如織，各展位老師盡職盡責(zé)答疑解惑，就本科及研究生公派項(xiàng)目、交換項(xiàng)目、短期游學(xué)、雙學(xué)位項(xiàng)目、碩士學(xué)位項(xiàng)目等，零距離、面對面為學(xué)子提供個(gè)性化咨詢服務(wù)。精品宣講會(huì)在頤德樓同步進(jìn)行，海外院校推介重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，介紹學(xué)校概況、專業(yè)特色、錄取要求、申請流程、注意事項(xiàng)等，方便學(xué)生深入了解項(xiàng)目。
本次雙選會(huì)還設(shè)置了“Offer心愿墻”“集貼紙”等一系列創(chuàng)意活動(dòng)，吸引同學(xué)們爭相參與、打卡留念。
自2014年起，雙選會(huì)已成功舉辦八屆，通過高效整合境外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育交流項(xiàng)目資源信息，成功搭建起校內(nèi)信息量最大、覆蓋面最廣的出國（境）交流項(xiàng)目資訊平臺(tái)，為在校生提供高度整合的項(xiàng)目資源，并給予專業(yè)且有針對性的指導(dǎo)建議。
On March 18,the SWUFE Study Abroad Fair 2025 was successfully held at Jimin Square.
Thisyear's fair featured bothexhibitionbooths and informationsessions.Atotalof47boothsshowcasedover
200 exchange programs, while 17 information sessions were conducted.Alongside 20 on-campus units, 27 partner universities from 12 countries and regions participated, including10QSTop200universities and11institutions withEQUIS,AACSB,andAMBAtriple accreditation.
The event attracted a large number of students, with boothrepresentatives providingpersonalized,face-to-face consultations on government-sponsored programs, exchange programs, short-term study tours,dual-degree programs, and master's programs. Meanwhile,specialized information sessions at Yide Building introduced key overseas programs,covering university profiles,academic strengths, admission requirements, application processes, and important considerations.
To engage students further, the fair also featured interactive activities such as the "Offer Wish Wall" and "Sticker Collection Challenge", making the event both informative and fun.
Since its launch in 2014,the SWUFE StudyAbroad Fair has been successfully held eight times. By integrating highquality global education resources,it has become the most comprehensive platform on campus for international exchange opportunities，providing students with wellorganized programresources and professional guidance.

有朋自遠(yuǎn)方來！2025年1月1日，西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)"有朋來悅東方"美國加州青少年交流營抵蓉，開啟為期4天的文化交流體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)。
1月1日，美國加州青少年交流營開營儀式在光華校區(qū)舉行。隨后，同學(xué)們開始了第一堂文化體驗(yàn)課，課堂上老師帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們執(zhí)筆畫"滾滾"，吹奏葫蘆絲，同學(xué)們在沉浸式體驗(yàn)中感受中國書畫與音樂的獨(dú)特魅力。
1月2日，交流營探訪成都大熊貓研究基地，近距離觀賞同學(xué)們心心念念的大熊貓；下午大家前往杜甫草堂、寬窄巷子，欣賞唐詩古風(fēng)，體驗(yàn)濃郁人文。
1月3日，美國青少年們赴崇州市崇慶中學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校進(jìn)行交流訪問，與在校的中國學(xué)生進(jìn)行深度互動(dòng)，共同表演節(jié)目，彼此交換禮物，收獲了深厚友誼；下午中外同學(xué)們一起前往道明竹藝村，親手制作竹編工藝品，體驗(yàn)中國傳統(tǒng)非遺魅力。
1月4日，同學(xué)們在光華校區(qū)參加了成都詩詞與古蜀歷史的文化課程，下午參觀了金沙遺址博物館，穿越神秘古蜀文明，進(jìn)一步加深對中國悠久歷史和燦爛文明的了解。
短短四天的交流體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)，美國青少年們在文化課堂與名勝古跡中體驗(yàn)了巴蜀文化的獨(dú)特魅力，增進(jìn)了對中國的了解，也在與中國學(xué)生的交流分享中走進(jìn)彼此，結(jié)成友誼。本次交流營是國際教育學(xué)院積極響應(yīng)國家"5年5萬"倡議的首批美國短期項(xiàng)目，也是2025年首個(gè)海外訪華團(tuán)組。未來，學(xué)院將繼續(xù)積極為中外青少年交流搭建有效平臺(tái)，以人文交流為紐帶，講好中國故事，向世界展示更加真實(shí)、立體、全面的中國。
Friends have come from afar! OnJanuary1,2025,the "Friends coming from afar meet mysterious charming China" American youth cultural exchange camp, hosted by SouthwesternUniversityof Finance andEconomics (SWUFE), arrived in Chengdu to begin a four-day cultural exchange program.
The opening ceremony was held on January 1 at SWUFE's Guanghua Campus. Participants then engaged in their first cultural immersion class,where they painted "Gun Gun" (the Chinese nickname for giant pandas) and learned to play the traditional Chinese hulusi (gourd flute), experiencing the unique charm of Chinese calligraphy,
painting, and music.
On January 2, the camp visited the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to observe the beloved pandas up close. In the afternoon,they explored the Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Kuanzhai Alley, immersing themselves in Tang Dynasty poetry and Chengdu's historical culture.
January 3 featured a visit to Chongqing Experimental Middle School in Chongzhou City, where American students interacted with their Chinese peers through joint performances and gift exchanges, forging lasting friendships. Later, participants traveled to Daoming Bamboo Weaving Village to craft bamboo artworks, gaining hands-on experience withChina's intangible cultural heritage.
The final day, January 4, included a cultural lecture on
Chengdu's classical poetry and ancient Shu history at Guanghua Campus, followed by a tour of the Jinsha Site Museum to explore the mysteries of the 3,0o0-year-old Shu civilization.
Over four days, the American students delved into the distinctive culture of Sichuan，deepened their understanding of China，and built cross-cultural connections.As the College of International Education's first U.S. short-term program under China's "5-Year 50,000 Initiative" and the first overseas delegation of 2025, the camp exemplifiedSwuFE'scommitmenttofosteringyouth exchanges. Moving forward, the university will continue to serve as a bridge for international cultural dialogue, sharing China's stories and showcasing its authentic, multidimensional, and comprehensive cultural heritage to the world.

1月7日-1月19日，由教育部中外語言交流合作中心主辦、西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)承辦的"對話古今文明傳遞中澳友誼"一一2025年"漢語橋"澳大利亞來華交流團(tuán)組活動(dòng)成功舉辦。來自澳大利亞西澳、堪培拉和北領(lǐng)地地區(qū)的32名青年學(xué)生和帶隊(duì)老師在成都和北京開啟了一場中文學(xué)習(xí)與文化體驗(yàn)深度融合的精彩之旅。
1月7日上午，開營儀式在西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)光華校區(qū)舉行。西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)國際教育學(xué)院副院長肖紅超、項(xiàng)目組工作人員、留學(xué)生志愿者以及團(tuán)組師生共同出席。肖紅超向遠(yuǎn)道而來的澳大利亞師生致以熱烈歡迎，并介紹了西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)的歷史沿革、"雙一流"建設(shè)成果以及國際中文教育的蓬勃發(fā)展。他表示，希望通過"漢語橋"這座溝通世界的語言之橋，架起"語言交流、文化互鑒、心靈溝通"之橋，讓團(tuán)組成員能夠在實(shí)地探訪中了解中國、讀懂中國，為推動(dòng)中澳兩國人民交流互鑒、增進(jìn)民心相通發(fā)揮積極作用。
隨后，團(tuán)組迎來了第一堂文化課一一"揭開古蜀國的神秘面紗"，深入了解金沙和三星堆文明的奧秘，探究蘊(yùn)藏在神秘圖案背后的知識(shí)密碼。下午，同學(xué)們在老師的帶領(lǐng)下，通過吟唱詩歌的形式，領(lǐng)略詩詞中的成都風(fēng)貌，體會(huì)"窗含西嶺千秋雪，門泊東吳萬里船"的氣韻。隨后，同學(xué)們分組進(jìn)行軌跡拳學(xué)習(xí)和漆扇制作活動(dòng)，親身體驗(yàn)非遺技藝。
在后續(xù)的行程中，團(tuán)組師生們沉浸在豐富多彩的文化體驗(yàn)中。1月8日上午，在"四川印象"課堂上，同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)用葫蘆絲吹奏中國傳統(tǒng)名曲，并以毛筆水墨在卷軸上繪制國寶大熊貓。下午，全體師生前往金沙遺址博物館參觀，將此前所學(xué)知識(shí)與實(shí)地所見相結(jié)合，進(jìn)一步深化對古蜀文明的認(rèn)知。
1月9日，團(tuán)組師生一同探訪川菜博物館。在這里，他們不僅領(lǐng)略了川菜文化的獨(dú)特魅力，還在工作人員的悉心指導(dǎo)下，體驗(yàn)制作熊貓蒸餃和宮保雞丁，品嘗自己的勞動(dòng)成果和一眾琳瑯滿目的四川特色名小吃。隨后，團(tuán)組走進(jìn)錦里古街，“體驗(yàn)川西民俗文化的旅游文化休閑一條街"，感受成都的休閑生活方式。
1月10日上午，通過參加"尋常街名里的人文記憶"和"成都城的若干次“變臉"兩堂妙趣橫生的文化課，團(tuán)組學(xué)生了解了以寬窄巷子為代表的四川民居的特點(diǎn)，并動(dòng)手畫出各式各樣的牌樓。下午，師生們前往蜀錦織繡博物館參觀，親身體驗(yàn)香囊制作過程，沉浸式感受非遺蜀錦的獨(dú)特魅力。
1月11日上午，團(tuán)組前往熊貓谷，在優(yōu)美的自然環(huán)境中近距離觀賞大熊貓和小熊貓。下午，師生們來到都江堰，參觀這一世界聞名的水利工程，深入了解其科學(xué)的工作原理，體悟"水旱從人，不知饑謹(jǐn)，時(shí)無荒年，天下謂之天府也"。
1月12日上午，通過”‘中國造，成都造'一一國際鐵路港、中歐班列與高鐵走廊"這堂課程，同學(xué)們了解到中歐班列的線路、途徑國家、歷史沿革等知識(shí)。通過分組完成繪制線路、標(biāo)注國家以及介紹特產(chǎn)等任務(wù)，同學(xué)們對中歐班列有了更為深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。下午，師生們走進(jìn)杜甫草堂和寬窄巷子，親身領(lǐng)略詩圣古韻與成都的歷史文化底蘊(yùn)。
1月12日是團(tuán)組在成都段的最后一天。在離開成都前，團(tuán)組成員通過抒寫"蓉城記憶”，用中英雙語寫下在蓉感受，表達(dá)對課程的喜愛及對西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)的感謝。
1月13日，團(tuán)組全體成員乘坐高鐵出發(fā)前往北京，繼續(xù)此次團(tuán)組的后半段行程，同時(shí)切身體驗(yàn)中國的高鐵速度。1月14日-19日，團(tuán)組師生在北京通過學(xué)習(xí)了解古都北京的前世今生，并參訪教育部中外語言交流合作中心、故宮博物院、天壇公園、什剎海街區(qū)、八達(dá)嶺長城、鳥巢水立方、大運(yùn)河博物館等地，深入了解北京市民生活與地道北京味兒。在訪問教育部中外語言交流合作中心時(shí)，團(tuán)組成員現(xiàn)場分享在華學(xué)習(xí)體會(huì)，展示學(xué)習(xí)成果，用中文表演詩歌劇《杜甫與黃四娘的田園詩》和歌曲《茉莉花》，用中文寫下訪華感受，表達(dá)
對語合中心的感謝。
為落實(shí)2024年6月中澳總理聯(lián)合成果聲明提出的雙方共同推進(jìn)教育交流，增進(jìn)學(xué)生互訪相關(guān)精神，教育部中外語言交流合作中心與西澳大利亞州澳中友協(xié)合作組織此次冬令營，旨在以中文學(xué)習(xí)為渠道促進(jìn)青少年交流，讓中澳友好在兩國不斷深入人心。該團(tuán)組一行32人來自澳13所教育機(jī)構(gòu)，在成都、北京兩地參加為期2周的中文學(xué)習(xí)課程和文化活動(dòng)，并與中國青年交流交友、互學(xué)互鑒。此次團(tuán)組為澳大利亞青年學(xué)習(xí)中文、領(lǐng)略中國文化搭建起平臺(tái)，充分展示"漢語橋"推動(dòng)國際人文交流的獨(dú)特魅力。西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)國際教育學(xué)院根據(jù)學(xué)員需求，創(chuàng)新開展融合中文教育、中國文化體驗(yàn)與中國當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的"中文 *+^{\prime} 教育模式，開設(shè)了傳統(tǒng)文化體驗(yàn)、當(dāng)代文化專題講座、實(shí)地文化考察等相關(guān)課程，使學(xué)員們?nèi)轿活I(lǐng)略中國傳統(tǒng)文化的深厚底蘊(yùn)和現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的蓬勃發(fā)展。團(tuán)員們紛紛表示，通過此次訪問，加深了對中國語言文化的認(rèn)識(shí)和喜愛，回國后會(huì)把這段難忘的經(jīng)歷分享給朋友和家人，希望未來有機(jī)會(huì)到中國深造學(xué)習(xí)，成為中澳友誼的"使者"。
From January 7 to January 19, the "Dialogue with Ancient and Modern Civilization,Friendship Between China and Australia"- SWUFE 2025"Chinese Bridge" Program Australian Delegation, hosted by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministryof Education and organized by the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE)， was successfully held. The delegation, consisting of 32 students and teachers from Western Australia, Canberra, and the Northern Territory, embarked on an immersive journey of Chinese language learning and cultural exploration in Chengdu and Beijing.
The opening ceremony took place on the morning of January 7 at SWUFE's Guanghua Campus. Xiao Hongchao, ViceDean of the College of International Education(CIE)at SWUFE, along with project staff, international student volunteers, and the delegation,attended the event. Xiao Hongchao warmly welcomed the Australian delegation and introduced SWUFE's history, achievements in its"Double First-Class" initiative, and the rapid development of international Chinese language education.He expressed hope that the "Chinese Bridge" program would serve as a platform for language exchange, cultural mutual learning, and heartfelt communication, enabling the delegation to gain a deeper understanding of China and contribute to enhancing mutual understandingbetween thepeoples of China and Australia.
The delegation's first cultural lesson, "Unveiling the Mysteries of Ancient Shu"delved into the secrets of the Jinsha and Sanxingdui civilizations. In the afternoon, studentsexploredChengdu'spoeticcharm through recitations of classical Chinese poetry and participated in traditional activities such as軌跡拳(a form of martial arts) and漆扇(lacquer fan）making，gaining hands-on experience with intangible cultural heritage.
Over the following days, the delegation immersed themselves in a variety of cultural experiences. On January 8,they learned to play the traditional Chinese instrument hulusi and painted giant pandas using ink brushes. A visit tothe JinshaSite Museum further deepened their understanding of ancient Shu culture. On January 9, the group explored the Sichuan Cuisine Museum, where they made panda-shaped dumplings and Kung Pao chicken, savoring thefruitsof theirlabor alongside other Sichuan delicacies.They also strolled through Jinli Ancient Street, experiencing Chengdu's leisurely lifestyle.
On January 10, the delegation attended engaging culturallectures onChengdu's street names andurban transformations, followed by a visit to the Chengdu Shu Brocade and Embroidery Museum,where they crafted sachets and admired the artistry of Shu brocade. January 11 featured a trip to Panda Valley, where students observed giant and red pandas in their natural habitat, and a visit to the Dujiangyan Irrigation System,a UNESCO World Heritage site, to learn about its ancient engineering marvels.
On January 12, the delegation explored the ChinaEuropeRailwayNetwork throughinteractive activities and visited Du Fu's Thatched Cottage and Kuanzhai Alley, experiencing Chengdu's rich historical and cultural heritage. Before departing Chengdu, the students penned their reflections on the city in both Chinese and English, expressing gratitude to SWUFE for the enriching experience.
On January 13, the delegation traveled to Bejing by high-speed rail，experiencing China's advanced rail technology firsthand. From January 14 to 19, they explored Beijing's historical and modern landmarks, including the Palace Museum,the Temple of Heaven, Shichahai, the Great Wall, the Bird's Nest and Water Cube,and the Grand Canal Museum.During their visit to the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, the delegation showcased their learning achievements, performing a Chinese poetry drama and singing the classic song Jasmine Flower, while expressing their appreciation for the opportunity to study in China.
This program was organized in line with the spirit of theJune 2024China-AustraliaJoint Statementon Enhancing Educational Exchanges,aiming to promote youth interaction through Chinese language learning and deepenmutualunderstandingbetweenthetwonations. The 32-member delegation, representing 13 Australian educational institutions,participated in a two-week program combining language courses, cultural activities, and exchanges with Chinese peers.ClE tailored the program to include traditional cultural experiences, contemporary cultural lectures, and field visits, offering a comprehensive view of China's richheritage and modern development.
Participants expressed theirdeepened appreciation for Chinese language and culture, vowing to share their unforgettable experiences withfriends and family back home. Many expressed a desire to return to China for further study, aspiring to become ambassadors of SinoAustralian friendship. This program highlighted the unique role of the "Chinese Bridge" initiative in fostering international cultural exchange and mutual understanding.

1月19日，西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)印度尼西亞校友會(huì)成立大會(huì)在印度尼西亞雅加達(dá)市舉行。中華人民共和國駐印度尼西亞大使館文化參贊王思平蒞臨大會(huì)并致辭。

On January 19, the founding ceremony of the SouthwesternUniversity of Finance andEconomics (SWUFE) Alumni Association in Indonesia was held in Jakarta. Wang Siping,the Cultural Counselor of the Chinese
Embassy in Indonesia,attended the event and delivered a speech.
The ceremony officially began with the national anthems of China and Indonesia. Ma Yongqiang, Vice President of SWUFE, sent a video message to greet the Indonesianalumni andcongratulated them on the establishmentofthealumniassociation.
In his speech,Wang Siping highly praised the significance of the establishment of thealumni association. He expressedhope that theassociationwouldleadother Chinese universities in building alumni exchange platforms between China and Indonesia, playing an active role in promoting cultural exchange and strengthening the friendship between the two nations.
Following the speech,the approval of the alumni association'sestablishmentandthelistofthefirst secretariat members were announced. The unveiling ceremony，appointment letters presentation，and giftgiving ceremony followed. Lin Ailian, the first SecretaryGeneral of the secretariat, and Lin Wanting, the Deputy Secretary-General,both delivered speeches.
The Indonesian Alumni Association is the seventh alumni association established bySwUFE overseas.Its establishment will further unite the alumni in Indonesia and carryforward SWUFE's spirit of"Topersistently strive for the benefit of people and society". In the future, the association will focus on enhancing cooperation and exchange among alumni, supporting the development of the university,and fostering friendly exchanges between China and Indonesia in education, economics, culture, and other fields to create a brighter future together.

On the morning of February 28, the opening ceremony forinternational students at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) for the spring semester of 2024/2025 was held at the Guanghua Campus. The event was attended by relevant faculty members from the College of International Education (ClE) and all freshmen.
At the ceremony, Wang Xin, Dean of ClE,extended a warm welcome to the new students.He provided an overviewofSwUFE'srecentdevelopments and its unique educational features. Wang encouraged the students to integrate into campus life as soon as possible, adhere to school rules and regulations, and strive to learn Chinese. He also urged them to step outside the campus,experience local customs and traditions across China, and actively participate in cultural exchanges.He emphasized, it would contribute to fostering mutual understanding and learning between Chinese and foreign cultures. As SWUFE approaches its centennial celebration,Wang invited the new students to pursue their dreams at SWUFE and join in celebrating this historic milestone together.
Nicholas Paul Daniels, a current student from the UnitedStates,shared his vibrant academic andlife experiences atSWUFE.He expressed his deep affection for China and Chengdu, encouraging his fellow students to engage invarious on-andoff-campus activities while focusing on their studies. He described these activities as a chance into understanding Chinese society and culture. Nicholas mentioned thatfirsthand experiences of China's cultural diversity would enrichtheir academic journeys and becomeinvaluabletreasuresintheirlives.
Additionally, CIE invited officers from the Qingyang
BranchoftheChengduPublicSecurityBureautodeliveran engaging and informative"first class of the semester." The officers reminded students to understand,abide by,and respect the law, while strengthening their legal awareness and self-protection skills. They provided detailed explanationsontopicssuchas entry-exit certificate management, relevant laws and regulations, telecommunications fraud prevention, and traffic safety.
Following this, faculty members from CIE offered detailed guidance on Chinese language courses, campus lifeservices,school rules and regulations,accommodation management，and attendance requirements. This orientation aimed to help new students adapt quickly to their new learning environment and daily routines.
Theorientationworkforinternationalstudentsinthe spring semester of 2024/2025 has been successfully completed. It has laid a solid foundation for the study and life of new students at SWUFE, helping international students start a new chapter in their study abroad journey.

西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)工商管理學(xué)院院長李涵為意大利青年帶來題為《UnderstandingChina'sNewEconomicParadigm》的專題講座，深入淺出向同學(xué)們介紹了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型增長的發(fā)展歷程和社會(huì)變革，通過直觀的數(shù)據(jù)分析以及中意、中歐之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)對比，生動(dòng)形象地展示了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展，解讀了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力。

Student Delegation to China (under theYoung Envoys Scholarship, YES program), composed of students from multiple Italian universities,visited the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE). Through academic exchanges and cultural activities，the delegationgained insights into China'snew economic development，experiencedtheuniversity'svibrant academic atmosphere，and jointly painted a new chapter of friendly cooperationbetween Chinese and Italian youth.
Li Han, Dean of the School of Business AdministrationatSWUFE,delivered akeynotelecture titled "Understanding China's New Economic Paradigm"for theItalian students.Withaccessible explanations,heintroducedthedevelopmentprocess of China's economic transformation and growth as well associalchanges.Throughintuitivedataanalysisand economiccomparisonsbetweenChinaandItalyaswell as China and Europe，he vividly demonstrated the vigorous development of China's economy and interpretedthecoredrivers ofChina'shigh-quality economic development.
Subsequently， guided by SWUFE students, the delegation visited the university's FinTech Laboratory, wheretheyexperiencedtheapplicationofdigital technology in financial education and research. They personallyoperatedintelligentplatforms tosolve academic problems, and Chinese and foreign students engaged in lively discussions on how Al technology empowers personalized learning.
In the afternoon, Chinese and Italian students formed teams to participate in fun sports activities together.Team Harmony Drum,Collaborative Tower Building, Fun Relay... Through teamwork, the students enhancedmutualunderstandingandexperienced cultural integration in a warm atmosphere.
This visit by the "Zhi-Xing China" Italian University Student Delegation is an important initiativebySWUFE to implement the "European Youth Exchange Doubling" proposal and advance the"Young Envoys Exchange and Learning Program." SWUFE will continue to build international platforms，deeply expand its global educationcooperation network，actively promote China-Europe youth exchanges， and contribute SWUFE's strengthto building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Oh, what a pity!Itruly left a piece of my heart behind in Chengdu.

As luck would have it, I started receiving calls for interviews very soon after| applied.I may not have been scouted like my professor,butI can honestly sayI've never beenrejected after an interview—each time,I received an offer.I realize this is a small flex too! As a SWUFE alumni, I hope my story can encourage my juniors. Maybe studying in China wasn't a popular choice back then, but in the end, employers valued my degree and experience, and they were excited to have me join their company.
I was fortunate enoughto land my dream job at bKash, asaProduct ManagerintheR&Ddepartment.bKash is the pioneering mobile finance app in Bangladesh, as well as a sister concern of Alipay from China. During my time there, 1 had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the country. We worked tirelessly to build and launch the customer app that now serves over 60 million registered users-practically one or more members from every family in Bangladesh. As a young product team, we collaborated closely with project managers from Alipay in Hangzhou, design teams from Apple in San Francisco,and we trained with product managers from Google in California.I could see the impact of my every contribution, from brainstorming sessions to writing product requirements, assigning tasks to engineers, and working with finance，legal,marketing,and commercial teams to launch our feature products.I felt incredibly lucky to have had that coveted position. My experience using mobile finance apps in China, which was clearly ahead of therest of the world in mobile payment technology, made my resume standout to my employer from other candidates.
In 2023,I returned to SWUFE to pursue my master's degree.SWUFE remains as beautiful and lively as ever,with a very supportive administration andfaculty to make our time on campus as smooth and rewarding as possible.1 washonoredtoreceivetheMeritScholarshipfromour college for my academic performance, as well as the Belt and Road Scholarship,which helped cover my tuition.This time around,| was hoping to find employment opportunities within China after graduation. Thanks to my experience speaking with recruiters at SWUFE's job fairs, I was abletosetrealisticgoalsformyself.Itookmywork experience andmy degreefromSWUFE into account to differentiate myself on my resume. Once again, I was fortunate toreceive twooffersfrom the only twointerviews I had in China.
Currently, I'm working as a Project Manager at a company that produces precision parts forthe EV (electric vehicle) and new energy industries. Our clients include BMW, Mercedes, and BYD, among others. I feel grateful to once again be close to my beloved city, Chengdu. My experience here has been incredibly fulfilling, working alongsidehardworking teammates andclients fromall over the world. It was a tough decision to leave a coveted job back home to pursue higher education, but as I sit in my beautiful loft in Chongzhou, with a view of Xiling Mountain outside my window,I'm so glad I took the step to return to SWUFE and embrace this next part of my journey.

We sincerely hope that the "SWUFE International Alumni Newsletter" would send the ongoing events of Chengdu and SWUFE to our international alumni, so that everyone might have the chance to understand China in depth and share the development milestones and joy of success of Chengdu and SWUFE. Furthermore, we also look forward to more frequent interactions and connections between alumni and SWUFE, as well as among alumni yourselves.
