ShandongExpressway LubeiSmartMaintenanceBase
該基地位于沾臨高速濱城東收費站東側匝道圈內，緊鄰國道220和沾臨高速，交通方便，業務范圍向周邊可以輻射到東營、德州、淄博、濟南、滄州等市。整體占地約179.5畝。
通過“物聯網+BIM”技術，實現對預制梁板從鋼筋加工、模板安裝、混凝土澆筑、智能蒸養、張拉壓漿到吊裝的全過程數字化管理。
采用工廠化及裝配化的建設理念，通過流水線方式進行布局設計，最大限度地減少人工干預。梁板在各功能作業區域的移動主要通過智能移動臺座完成，一鍵開合液壓模板、混凝土一體化流水作業的施工模式，減少交叉作業，達到本質安全。
在占地范圍內大面積安裝光伏及儲能設備，將太陽能轉化為電能儲存備用：梁場所用機械均采用具備充電功能的電動設備，從能源供給與使用兩端發力，減少碳排放，引領行業綠色發展新潮流，為構建環境友好型社會貢獻力量。

瀝青路面就地 熱再生工藝
Brief IntroductiontoAsphalt Pavement HotRecycling
瀝青路面就地熱再生技術是目前國際最先進的公路瀝青路面預防性養護技術之一。施工時通過對路面進行加熱使路面充分軟化，加熱翻松機對路面進行翻松、再撒布再生劑，保證再生效果。通過添加熱瀝青、新集料，新舊料復拌、烘干、攤鋪、整平、壓實等，一次成型新路面。
加熱系統采用熱風循環加熱技術，無明火，煙塵污染較少。不會損壞井蓋處管線，不存在引燃地下沼氣或煤氣的危險。與傳統大中修相比，能夠實現舊路面材料1 00% 利用，施工成本每平方米可節省21 .5% ，工期只有傳統大中修的1/3。
自2018年，公司完成就地熱再生項目共計約393萬平方米，減少碳排放32029噸，節約標準煤13951噸。目前，公司已在濟南至樂陵高速公路、G205山深線、呼和浩特市地鐵1號線沿線道路等近40項省內外高速、國省道、市政等項目予以應用，取得積極社會反響。
