其中，敖包陶勒蓋礦區，于2008年開始露采產煤，分為日升礦及日落礦兩個采坑，產出煤種主要為為1/3焦煤及優質動力煤；原煤根據指標劃分為南戈壁A煤、A-煤、B煤及WF煤。

礦區2024年煤炭產量達1020萬噸，2025年原煤產量力爭再創新高。

礦區的煤炭剝采以挖機配套方式進行作業，以自有設備剝采施工及第三方外包剝采施工兩種模式；公司自有剝離設備主要為2臺LiebherrR9250挖機，10臺TerexTR100自卸車，16臺TerexMT4400自卸車等大型設備。

礦區現有生產員工約600多名，其中各專業工程師300多名，設備操作員工240多名；礦區建有營地、油庫、通勤機場、炸藥廠等配套設施。

2014年，南戈壁集團旗下全資子公司南戈壁沙洲有限責任公司（"SGS公司"），通過蒙古國RDCCLLC公司持股 40% ，投資修建了從敖包陶勒蓋礦區到西伯庫倫口岸的"Narinsukhait-Shiveekhuren"重載公路；該重載公路長43.2公里，寬16.8米，擁有三條通道，年煤炭運輸量超過2000萬噸；該重載公路也是蒙古國第一個BOT項目，特許經營權為30年。

納林蘇海鐵路

2024年底，我們引入北京拓疆者公司開發的遠程智能操控系統，該系統以"5G遠程操控 +\mathsf{A l} 輔助"的高效模式，將挖掘機、裝載機、正面吊等傳統機械設備升級成為智能化的遠程遙控機器人，實現對設備的遠程控制與操作，徹底顛覆了傳統設備的操作模式。

我們積極引入并落地了兩套該公司的遠程智能操控系統，實現從烏海辦公室對策克監管區現場的正面吊和裝載機的遠程操控，取得了非常好的工作效果；這為我們在蒙古國礦區大規模提高生產效率，降低管理成本、解決礦區招聘難提供了最佳的解決途徑。

未來，我們將在礦區持續引入遠程智能操控、新能源運輸車、無人礦卡等智能化設備。

At the end of 2024,we introduced theremote inteligent controlsystem developed byBejing Tujiangzhe Co.(北京拓者公 司).The systemhas upgraded traditional mechanicalequipment suchas excavators, loaders, and front-end cranes ito intelligent remote-control robots with the efficient mode of "56 remote control +Al assistance", which achieved remote control and operation of equipment, completely subverting the traditional operation mode of equipment.

We have introduced and implemented two sets of remote inteligent controlsystemsto realise remote control of the front-endcranesndlderatekewithsurvisinfrtheWuhaioffceachievingremarkaleworkingreultTh provides thebest solutionfor the Groupto sinificantly increase prodctioneficiency,reduce management costs and solve recruitment difficulties in the mining areas in Mongolia.
